The Senior IT Business Application Specialist also leads a team of IT professionals and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of business applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business applications to meet organizational needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that applications are secure, scalable, and accessible, while optimizing their performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into effective technology solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring seamless application integration and support. Team Leadership: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting and maintaining business applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee their work, set priorities, and ensure timely issue resolution. Analysis and Documentation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze and document business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain detailed documentation for applications, including user manuals and system configuration guides. Testing and Quality Assurance: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the testing and quality assurance of applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and issues promptly. Training and Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training and support to end-users, addressing questions and issues related to business applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and conduct user training programs to enhance application adoption and proficiency. Change Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead change management initiatives related to application updates or new implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users. Security and Compliance: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on security threats and emerging technologies to proactively mitigate risks.

Requirements
Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 3 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) focused on business applications in a medium to large organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in IT project management and information system business plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Education - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information System Management, Computer Sciences, or IT Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional certification in PMP or ITIL V3. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical Skills - Industry Knowledge, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Customer Service, Systems and infrastructure, Application Architecture and development, Information Governance, Procurement Process, Business Process Mapping.
