We are looking for a Sr. Executive - Brand Acquisition & Partnerships, who will play a key role in expanding our partners network in the UAE. The ideal candidate possesses a strong commercial acumen, a solid grasp of loyalty program dynamics, and a proven ability to foster long-term, value-driven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify, negotiate, and onboard new merchant and brand partners for Clients.
? Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across key sectors including F&B, entertainment, retail, travel, wellness, etc
.? Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from merchant outreach and pitch to contract negotiation, onboarding, and management.
? Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, client servicing, legal) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partner offerings.
? Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
? Track and analyze partner performance, delivering insights and data to build a long term relationship with the partners.
? Meeting sales targets and provide regular performance updates through daily and weekly reports.
? Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company, expand the partner network, and stay informed on market trends..
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
? 2-3 years of experience in similar industry - loyalty programs, aggregator, etc. in the UAE
? Strong commercial acumen and understanding of partner and customer value in loyalty ecosystems.? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
? Hands-on experience in basic software likes MS Office, Online AI Tools, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
