We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles. This position plays a critical role as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top-tier talent while strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for senior leadership and critical roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks. Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes. Promote the company's employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally. Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices. Continuously improve recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 4+ years' job-related experience in executive/leadership recruitment. Proven track record in end-to-end executive search, either in-house or with a recruitment agency. Strong experience in candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and delivering high-quality shortlists. Familiarity with global recruitment models and ability to manage multiple senior-level hires. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage talent insights for decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
