Develops and drives the vision for how we tell the story of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to diverse audiences around the world, aligned to ALSAC's key business priorities, in close collaboration with C+C leadership. As a member of the Creative + Content leadership team, this individual leads a team of Creative Directors who, in turn, lead cross-functional teams operating in a matrix structure to conceive and produce content in every medium required to advance the St. Jude brand and drive fundraising performance.

This role is intended to expand the influence and impact of storytelling and branded content across all touch points of the organization. Collaborates with stakeholders across ALSAC and its partners (including St. Jude) to influence the consistent and authentic application of creative strategies and brand standards.
Works in close partnership with other C+C leaders to ensure strategy and creation operate hand in hand throughout the creative process. Works collaboratively with other C+C leadership to ensure timely, effective, relevant content production at scale. Effective collaborations are essential with Senior Director, Content Studio; Senior Director, Strategy; Senior Director, Operations; and Directors of Writing, Video, Photo, Design and Events; and Principal Advisors who consult on all key C+C projects. Additionally, this individual will work closely with colleagues across the organization and external partners to build best-in-class content and experiences that allow our brand to connect with our audiences in meaningful and profitable ways.
