Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site operations and construction teams for civil infrastructure and building projects. Oversee all phases of project life cycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Review technical submissions, method statements, and construction drawings. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure project objectives are met. Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively. Ensure proper documentation, including daily progress reports, site logs, and inspection records. Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in civil construction, including high-rise buildings, commercial developments, or infrastructure projects. At least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Certifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
