Job Vacancy - Sr. Construction Manager
Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C.
is looking for a highly experiencedSenior Construction Manager
to lead our major projects inDubai, United Arab Emirates
.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion. Lead project teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve targets. Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements. Review and approve technical drawings, contracts, and progress reports. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. Resolve site issues and implement risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering / Construction Management
or related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the UAE
, with at least 5 years in asenior management role
. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and UAE building regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency inMS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
. Fluency inEnglish
(Arabic is an advantage).Location:
