Oversee commercial strategy, cost control, and financial management for pipeline and infrastructure projects. Manage procurement, contracts, tendering, and reporting for major drainage and utilities works. Lead contract administration, commercial risk management, and ensure cost-effective project delivery. * Provide expert advice on claims, contract negotiations, and financial compliance.
