We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business development Manager to join with one of the leading group of companies in UAE which includes Shipping, Logistics and Trading. The ideal candidate needs to have solid clientele with strong background in shipping or freight forwarding, with a proven track record of success in developing and growing business relationship with customers and partners in the industry. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities, 1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the shipping or Freight forwarding, cross-shifting and warehouse industry. 2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. 3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. 4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats. 5. Prepare and present reports and proposals to managements. Requirements 1. Bach. Degree in Business logistics / Marketing or any related field 2. Minimum 8 to 12 yrs expr in business dev or sales in the shipping or freight forwarding industry with experience in cross shifting and warehousing. 3. Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong global connects on the market. 6.
