for large-scale projects across the Middle East. We are looking for experiencedBIM Coordinator and BIM Modelers
to join our Lahore team and support project delivery through advanced model coordination, data management, and team collaboration.Role Overview
The
BIM Coordinator
will be responsible for coordinating BIM Models, managing design integration across disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of building systems, BIM workflows, and coordination tools.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
Ach, STR, MEP
BIM models across all project stages. Ensureclash-free integration
of MEP services with architectural and structural models. Review and enforceBIM standards, naming conventions, and workflows
. ConductNavisworks clash detection
and manage issue tracking/resolution. Work closely withdesign engineers and BIM modelers
to maintain model accuracy. SupportBIM Execution Plan (BEP)
implementation and information exchange protocols. Prepare4D/5D data coordination
inputs when required. Communicate with project teams and clients to align on technical deliverables.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
(or related field). Minimum5-8 years of experience
in BIM coordination for major MEP projects. Proficient inRevit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
. Strong understanding ofBIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards
. Experience working withcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Middle East experience preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
