Under broad direction from the Global Technical Services Manager and Region Management, this position is recognized internally and externally as a subject matter expert and provides application expertise and any special technical data to Business Development, Application Engineering, Training, External Customers and Operations to support product and service applications globally. By leading a multi-national team of technical professionals, this position\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility is to ensure that the company can effectively support phase separation business opportunities from a technical perspective, as well as providing mentorship to less experienced personnel. The major geographic focus area will be the Middle East/North Africa Region, periodic support may be required in the Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia-Pacific Regions.
This is a senior level position that will be considered a trusted advisor to the company on both technical and business matters.
Requirements:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in STEM: Chemistry, Engineering, or other Physical Sciences are preferred
• 10+ years of experience in phase separation technology or technical support.
• High level of experience with emulsion breaker formulation
• Previous experience with managing and mentoring a team of professionals is an asset.
• Ability to track and report progress on several concurrent projects is needed
• 40% Willingness to travel.
