Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
female Sport Coordinator / Coach
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and manage sports sessions and events across multiple age groups and ability levels, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging coaching sessions in football (soccer), cycling, swimming, and gymnastics.
Develop inclusive sports programs for children, young people, adults, and people of determination.
Deliver sports sessions within schools and nurseries as well as community locations.
Coordinate, support, and deliver community and corporate sports events.
Manage scheduling, equipment, and session logistics.
Promote positive experiences in sport, fostering physical literacy, confidence, and teamwork.
Qualifications & Experience
Recognised coaching certifications in at least one of the following: football, swimming, cycling, or gymnastics (multi-sport preferred).
Minimum 2 years' experience working with children, adults, and individuals with additional needs.
Experience delivering sessions in schools and nurseries is an advantage.
Experience supporting or delivering sports events is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
First Aid certification (preferred).
Working Hours
Typically
5-6 days per week
including evenings and weekends (rotating schedule).
Flexibility required during events, community activations, and peak program periods.

6 months (paid)
