Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and records.
Follow up with customers on payments, deliveries, and inquiries.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
Maintain organized filing systems for all sales-related documents.
Assist the Sales Manager with administrative and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
1-2 years
of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/sales role.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
is mandatory.
Excellent
communication and organizational skills
