Sponsorship Sales Manager
to join our team and drive revenue through strategic sponsorship partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship deals for events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Develop a strong understanding of event themes, target audiences, and sponsorship offerings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across various industries.
Research and target potential sponsors - with a focus on sectors such as finance, insurance, technology, and lifestyle.
Conduct market mapping and outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.
Present tailored sponsorship proposals to decision-makers.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, progress, and revenue via CRM tools.
Liaise with internal teams (event production, marketing, operations) to ensure successful sponsor activation and delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of sponsorship or B2B sales experience within the UAE market.
Candidates from
credit card sales, insurance sales, or banking sales backgrounds
are highly encouraged to apply.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong market research and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Fluent in English
