Sponsorship Sales Manager

is a professional responsible for securing sponsorships for events and conferences. The role primarily involves identifying potential sponsors, building relationships with them, negotiating sponsorship deals, and ensuring the activation of these deals to benefit both the sponsor and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Identifying Sponsors

: Researching and identifying potential brands, companies, or organizations that align with the values and audience of the event, team, or media property.

Sales Strategy Development

: Creating sales plans and strategies to target potential sponsors, including identifying sponsorship packages and opportunities for collaboration.

Relationship Building

: Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential sponsors. This often involves regular communication and meetings to understand their needs and objectives.

Proposal Creation

: Developing compelling sponsorship proposals that outline the benefits of sponsorship, potential ROI, and how the partnership can be structured.

Negotiating Deals

: Discussing terms of sponsorship, including monetary contributions, exposure, branding rights, and other benefits. Negotiations often require a clear understanding of the sponsor's objectives.

Activation and Fulfillment

: Ensuring that sponsors' expectations are met through event activations, branding, and promotional opportunities. This involves working closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to implement the sponsor's assets.

Monitoring and Reporting

: Tracking the effectiveness of sponsorship deals by gathering data, monitoring sponsor satisfaction, and providing reports on outcomes to sponsors and senior management.

Revenue Generation

: Ultimately, the goal of the Sponsorship Sales Manager is to generate revenue for the organization by selling sponsorship packages and ensuring that the sponsors receive value in return.

: Building long-term, positive relationships with clients.

Educational Background:



A Sponsorship Sales Manager typically holds a degree in fields like

business, marketing, sports management, communications, or event management

. Experience in sales, marketing, or sponsorships in similar industries (sports, entertainment, media, or nonprofits) is often required.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that an organization's financial goals are met by securing meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships with sponsors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
