We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Sponsorship Sales Manager

to join a leading player in the conference-based industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

sponsorship sales

and a proven track record in driving revenue through the acquisition of event sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

sponsorship sales strategies

to meet revenue targets. Identify, approach, and secure sponsorship deals with

key clients

across various industries. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with sponsors, ensuring value delivery and maximizing client satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing and events teams to create

customized sponsorship packages

that align with client objectives. Manage the entire sales cycle, from

prospecting to closing deals

. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to offer

innovative sponsorship solutions

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5

years of sponsorship sales experience

within the

conference or events industry

.

UAE experience is mandatory.

Strong network of clients and proven ability to

generate leads

and close deals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
