The Role

Key Responsibilities oEstablish and strengthen relationships with MEP consultants, design practices, engineering firms, and architectural offices. oDeliver technical presentations, workshops, and lunch-and-learn sessions to introduce and highlight MEP solutions. oIdentify, track, and follow up on project opportunities through consultant interactions and project databases. oSecure inclusion of company products in project specifications and approvals during initial design and planning stages. oPrepare, review, and submit technical submittals, compliance documents, and related approval requirements. oStay updated on international standards (ASHRAE, BS, NFPA, etc.) and local authority codes/regulations. oWork closely with internal technical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning. oRepresent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking platforms. oMonitor project progression across design, tender, and execution phases to maintain influence and ensure continuity.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. oMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the MEP or building materials sector. oStrong understanding of MEP systems and related materials (e.g., HVAC ducts, insulation, conduits, valves, cabling, etc.). oDemonstrated experience working with consultants and knowledge of the specification/approval process. oFluent in English and Arabic Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.
