Job Title:

Female Specification Marketing Engineer - MEP Materials

Job Purpose:

Looking for a Female Specification Marketing Engineer experienced in MEP materials to promote and specify company products with consultants, architects, and design firms. The role focuses on creating brand awareness, obtaining product approvals, and ensuring our materials are included in project specifications from early design stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, design firms, and architects. Conduct technical presentations and lunch & learn sessions. Generate and follow up on project leads through consultant offices and databases. Ensure company products are approved and specified at design and planning stages. Prepare and submit technical submittals and compliance documents. Stay updated with standards (ASHRAE, BS, NFPA) and local regulations. Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams. Participate in exhibitions and industry events to promote the brand. Track project status through design, tender, and execution phases.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar MEP or construction materials role. Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC ducts, cables, conduits, valves, insulation, etc.). Experience dealing with consultants and specification processes. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidate:

Female with strong interpersonal skills and professional presence. GCC market experience in consultant/specification role preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
