Role: BD/SPECIFICATION MANAGER Candidates in Flooring and Finishing products of Interior fit out- Industry are most preferred.

The BDM will be responsible for identifying & working with Clients, Architects, Designers and Consultants on new product specifications for ongoing, upcoming and design stage projects.
Having a comprehensive knowledge of the product line and value proposition to develop strategic plans, and delivery in collaboration with the Senior Divisional Manager.
Execute aggressive market research on emerging markets, potential clients, and competitors.
Investigate and identify any potential new business opportunity in relation to existing and new product opportunity.
Play a key role in specifying products and solutions with the consultants in government, semi-government, multinationals, private and hospitality sector.
Establish and maintain strong business relationship with Principles in order to specify products with Architects, Designers, Consultants & Clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
Deliver rigorous presentations with A&D community to ensure they are up-to-date with all product ranges.
Build connections with A&D community and key members on social media platforms

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of the construction industry in the UAE.
At least 5 years commercial experience, in business and/or market development/demand creation within Retails, Hotels, Healthcare and Education sector
To write down specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage.
To get the products specified to consultants, Architects and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage it-self
Develop CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants, Architects.
Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications.
Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals for our company products.
Create Standard specification submittals and generate specification data bank.
Supporting the project team for technical discussions and conducting Architects and Engineers meet Presentation.
