Our client is looking for a Specification & Business Development Specialist , with experience in luxury retail or high-end products sales.
Main job responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and consultants to secure project specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and procurement teams to ensure that project requirements are met, and specifications are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Understand the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all specifications, bids, and projects.
- Follow up on new/upcoming tender opportunities, prepare technical and commercial offers with appropriate presentations and required documents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years\' experience in specification sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
