Job description:

Develop growth strategy focused both technical and financial to give company better chance of closing deal.
Conduct and research new market and clients.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Prepare tender documents to be ready to be submitted to the clients.
Build long term relations with new and existing customers or clients.

Requirements:

3- 5 years of experience
Proven working experience as a Business Development specialist in construction field is a must.
High skilled in tracking record.
Basic marketing knowledge.
Ability of self-management and team management.
High communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: E10,000.00 - E15,000.00 per month
