Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Food Service Management preferred Minimum 3-5 years in food & beverage or hospitality industry At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Technical Skills



Proficiency in POS systems Inventory management software - ERP Basic financial reporting and budgeting Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders)

Certifications (Preferred)



Barista certification Food Safety & Hygiene certification First Aid/CPR (depending on local regulations)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Supervise and train baristas and service staff Manage inventory, order supplies, and control waste Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor financial performance and prepare reports Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints Implement marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the shop Schedule shifts and manage payroll submissions Foster a positive team culture and staff retention Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time, in alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational needs.
