• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, radiologists, and nursing teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on treatment options and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of surgical safety and ethics.
• Stay abreast of advancements in trauma care and contribute to professional training programs.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in General Surgery with sub-specialization in Trauma Surgery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trauma and emergency surgical care.
• Proficiency in advanced surgical techniques and trauma management protocols.
• Western-trained background strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
