Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Specialist Trauma General Surgeon to join a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

• Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures for patients with traumatic injuries.
• Lead assessment, stabilization, and operative management within trauma and acute care pathways.
• Develop individualized treatment plans informed by medical history, imaging, and best-practice protocols.
• Monitor postoperative recovery, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology, radiology, critical care, and nursing to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, recovery timelines, and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trauma guidelines, surgical innovations, and quality/safety standards.
• Adhere to hospital policies, documentation requirements, and clinical governance frameworks.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in General Surgery with sub-specialization in Trauma Surgery.
• Minimum 5 years' post-specialization experience in trauma and general surgery.
• Proficiency with advanced surgical instruments, imaging, and OR technologies.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills under pressure.
• Western-trained experience in leading healthcare systems preferred.
