Job Description

The Specialist - Talent Performance is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and coordination of performance management, probation, development, and succession activities. This includes maintaining and updating relevant data in SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Probation, Succession), tracking progress on PIPs and IDPs, and assisting with the logistics of assessments and talent processes


Accountabilities & Activities




Key Activities



Performance Management



Coordinate communication and documentation related to goal setting, reviews, and calibration cycles. Track completion rates and follow up with departments and People Partners. Support People Partners in preparing PIPs and ensure documentation is submitted and updated. Maintain records of performance discussions and outcomes.





Success Factors Administration



Administer tasks in the SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Probation, Succession), including data entry, cycle setup, and report generation. Support users with system-related queries and escalate technical issues as needed. Ensure timely updates and clean data across modules.





Succession Planning



Update and maintain 9-box grid and HiPo lists in SuccessFactors. Coordinate logistics for Talent Review Committee (TRC) meetings. Prepare basic reports and presentations for talent discussions.



Assessment Centre



Schedule assessments and handle logistics with internal teams and external vendors. Track participant completion and maintain records of results. Support with compiling outcomes for manager and talent partner review..



Career Development






Help track IDPs, job rotations, and HiPo development plans. Follow up with People Partners and L&D on progress updates. Maintain accurate documentation for all development activities.





Probation Governance



Track probation review timelines and completions in SuccessFactors. Send reminders and follow up with managers. Support with documentation and reporting of probation outcomes.





Reporting & Data Insights



Compile and update regular performance and talent reports. Maintain and organize records across performance and development cycles. Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders.



Qualifications/Experience




Minimum Qualification



(Educational Qualifications, Trainings, or Certifications)


Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Essential) Training or coursework in performance management or HR systems (Preferred)



Professional Experience




2-5 years of relevant experience in HR or talent management, preferably within an industrial or large organizational setting Experience supporting performance management, probation tracking, or development activities Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is an advantage



Language(s) Known




Arabic (Preferred) * English (Essential)
