Recruitment Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Function: Human Resources - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Estimated Market Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop manpower plans to support departmental needs and replacement requirements
• Manage staffing levels, build talent pools, and control recruitment costs
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal audit standards
• Coordinate and execute overseas hiring drives and vendor management for recruitment agencies
• Lead digital communication strategies for employer branding on social media
• Generate detailed HR MIS reports (e.g., manpower stats, attrition reports, nationality ratios)
• Maintain documentation accuracy across recruitment stages-offers, contracts, assessment sheets

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a multinational or logistics industry

Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in using HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance practices
