MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide oversight and management on the ground operations ensuring all safety standards by the regulator as well as flydubai service levels are being adhered to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assists and executes the defined quality control program in line with GCAA and flydubai requirements which would extend to all areas of airport operations including (but not limited to): check-in boarding load control, ramp, pushback, fuelling, de-icing and outstation airport management.

• Ensures accurate collation of non-conformances raised during annual station audits and designs and implements corrective actions and mitigation plans.
• Conducts root cause analysis for discovered hazards, corrective actions and preventive measure for findings and noncompliance actions and implements mitigation strategies to ensure they do not occur in the future.
• Compiles a weekly report identifying the shortfall areas, provider problems, etc. for process improvement and provide recommendation to senior management.
• Monitors trends and industry updates ensuring that flydubai adopts the latest and best practice processes.
• Prepares and publishes management reports for relevant stakeholders (post holder, QA and the GCAA.)
• Represents flydubai on relevant compliance and Regulatory forums as necessary.
• Oversees and runs pre-audit preparations of all stations minimizing any potential audit findings.
• Liaises with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) as well as external stakeholders to ensure they are fully aware of gaps in compliance and make recommendations for their management in solving compliance gaps.
• Supervises and ensures all flydubai processes and procedures are conducted in a consistent and safe manner in all stations of the flydubai network.
• Acts as support for the end user community on process clarifications across the flydubai network in the relevant area of responsibility.
• Reviews and implements any changes required from GCAA and IATA publications that are relevant for flydubai airport manuals and documents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required

• Bachelor's Degree / ATPL / AMEL
• Minimum background experience. 5 year's experience in airport operations: check in, boarding ramp handling, loading, pushback., de-icing and intoplane fuelling. Experience of B737 and other narrow body aircraft.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
