Serves as a liaison between the PWA PR Team, the RPD PR Team, and the GEC PR Team with
PR related activities, to ensure alignment with and fulfilment of Client requirements;
Assists the Client with all press releases, social media material and any communication related to public awareness and satisfaction;
Prepares material related to public outreach events like flyers, videos and any necessary material.
Supports in the implementation of the Communications and Public Relations Plan and flow of
information across the RPD programme;
Identifies opportunities to improve the Programme's relationship with external stakeholders;
Assist and follow up with requests and complaints from the Public, and forward them to the relevant GECs and respond to their enquiries;
Draft speeches, articles, scripts and any related matters to the Client and top management;
Prepares quarterly newsletters, annual reports and other internal communications;
Assists in organizing workshops, seminars and events held by the RPD, Secondment Consultant and the Client;
Assists in organising internal cultural, social and sports activities;
Fulfil various reporting upon request;
Mentor staff;
Other duties as assigned
