The Role

We are seeking a

Specialist, Precision Medicine

to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing initiatives that translate cutting-edge research into real-world healthcare applications. The Specialist will collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and operational teams to design integrated precision health solutions, while also contributing to research, policy, and strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement precision medicine initiatives across genomics, multi-omics, and digital health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver patient-centered health solutions. Translate scientific discoveries into actionable healthcare strategies. Guide integration of genomics, clinical, imaging, and digital health data for risk prediction, diagnosis, and treatment. Prepare scientific publications, reports, and presentations to support internal and external collaborations. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in genomics and personalized care.

Qualifications

Education:

Master's degree in Genetics, Biomedical Science, Medicine, Clinical Research, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in precision medicine, translational science, clinical research, bioinformatics, or related areas.

Expertise:

Strong track record in multi-omics, biomarker discovery, and/or personalized therapeutics.

Skills:

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, project management, and scientific writing skills.

Preferred:

A strong relevant publication track record, and familiarity with healthcare regulations and digital health platforms.
