Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of ocular diseases and conditions. Perform specialized procedures such as cataract surgery, refractive surgery, retinal treatments, and glaucoma management. Conduct pre- and post-operative patient care with precision and empathy. Utilize advanced ophthalmic equipment and technology for accurate diagnostics and treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical training and development.
Requirements:
Valid DHA License / Eligibility Letter as a Specialist Ophthalmologist. MBBS + Specialization in Ophthalmology (Arab Board, Western Board, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience post-specialization. Proficiency in surgical and laser procedures. Excellent communication skills and patient-centric approach. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
