JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Ophthalmologist to join our team. The role requires strong clinical expertise, with the ability to manage a wide spectrum of ophthalmic conditions in a busy private hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of post-MD experience, with the most recent 3-4 years in private practice, demonstrating efficiency, patient-focused care, and adaptability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide outpatient and procedural ophthalmology services with excellence and accuracy.
• Diagnose and manage common and complex eye conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Perform procedures/surgeries as per patient requirements and hospital scope.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards.

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years post-specialization experience, with recent 3-4 years in a busy private hospital/clinic setting.
• Experience in UAE private sector desired
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ophthalmic disorders.
• Competency in both medical and surgical ophthalmology.

Education, Skills & Others:

• MD Ophthalmology.
• Valid DHA license/eligibility is essential.
• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and patient-oriented approach is necessary.
• Candidates holding UAE residence visa and availability to join with 3 weeks will be prioritised.
