Job Description
(JD):
As a Specialist Ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of eye-related conditions to provide the highest standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision problems or ocular diseases. Perform specialized procedures and surgeries such as
LASIK, cataract, and glaucoma treatments
. Prescribe corrective lenses and medications when necessary. Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations. Educate patients about preventive eye care and post-treatment recovery.Requirements:
Medical degree with specialization in
Ophthalmology
. Minimum 1-3 years of post-specialization experience
. ValidMOH / DHA / DOH license
or eligibility letter. Strong diagnostic and surgical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to joinimmediately
