Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations and manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
• Perform gynecological procedures such as cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventions.
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well-being.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, and midwives to ensure safe, integrated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory protocols.
• Participate in departmental audits, CME sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clarity, comfort, and cultural alignment in care delivery.

Ideal Profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Specialist certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent).
• DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a hospital or women's health clinic.
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetrics and gynecology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
