Specialist Hype Operations

General Purpose

This role will be responsible for overseeing the CONFIRMED App and executing Hype Launches for our top collaborations. This position will be required to deliver the most premium consumer experience and work closely with our Global Hype Operations and market teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain the Hype Planning Smartsheet with inputs from Global Hype Ops team.

Share relevant briefs with stakeholders for all Confirmed launches.

Schedule Hype Room calls for every Confirmed drop.

Notify supporting functions on their key deliverables for each launch.

Creating Confluence pages & maintaining JIRA project tracking.

Work with SFCC inventory reports as and when required for each Confirmed drop.

Creating the Hype events and executing the end-to-end drops.

Post-event reporting for every Confirmed drop.

Additional key responsibilities include day to day support in content publishing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Soft-Skills

Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners.

Good communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely

Hard-Skills

Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies.

Project management and project monitoring experience is a plus.

Fluent English, both verbally and written.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication, IT or related areas.

3+ years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment.

Basic e-Commerce knowledge (e.g. Payments, Consumer Engagement etc.)

Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies.
