Job Description

Purpose:
Positions holders are responsible for administering multiple areas of human resources and rewards programs including:
  • HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
  • Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc.
  • Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies.
  • Compensation & benefits program implementation and administration.
  • May select and manage HR outsourcing vendors.
  • Responsible for content, design and configuration of the HRIS.
  • Triage, customer case management and manage cases to closure.

    Accountability Level:
    Entry level professionals or highly experienced operations/technical/support Jobs. Typically completed higher education/qualification or requires expert technical operational knowledge of procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. First point of escalation for non-routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the implementation and communication policies and reward programs e.g. Base salary, bonus, incentives plan, levels slotting.
    • Support the development of the business case for any new programmes covering recognition and retention within the global principle and guidance.
    • Coordinate the process, policies and related regulations in daily operations.
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy in all key operational deliveries, e.g. payroll, regulations reporting and filing, benefits services and staff movement records.
    • Assist with smooth running and upgrade of HRIS systems.

      University Degree / Specialised Diploma / Vocational Training
