About The Role

As the Manager, Human Resources you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resources function during the pre-opening and post opening phase of the hotel. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the hotels goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Kerzner corporate guidelines and all applicable local laws and regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement the hotels HR startegy and ensure alignment with Kerzner and Hotel startegy

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the hotel\'s goals and objectives

Partner with the Talent Manager team for effective recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-quality talent

Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and equitable

Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity

Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary action, grievances, and disputes

Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labour laws and regulations

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external partners, such as, government agencies, and industry associations

Manage HR budgets and provide regular reports on HR metrics to senior management

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field

At least 5 years of HR management experience in the hospitality industry

Experience in pre-opening hotels is highly desirable

In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
