Specialist Gynecologist (Female)
Position Title: Specialist Gynecologist (Female)
Report To: Medical Director / Head of Department
Location: Seha Clinics - Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive, high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to female patients. The role involves managing a wide range of women's health issues, from routine preventive care to complex medical and surgical conditions, with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced gynecological examinations and consultations.
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the female reproductive system.
• Manage prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care for pregnant women.
• Perform minor and major gynecological surgical procedures as per privileges.
• Provide family planning, contraception, and fertility advice.
• Conduct ultrasound scans and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other specialists (e.g., Endocrinologists, Oncologists) for multidisciplinary care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, policies, and DOH standards.
• Participate in health education and promotional activities for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or equivalent in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Exam Passer.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience post-specialization.
• Proven surgical competence and experience.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
