To lead the efforts of the enterprise information security program in key functional areas of data privacy and security assurance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

• Develops and improves Company\xe2\x80\x99s data privacy and data security program by engaging with cross functional teams and Senior Management.
• Acts as single point of contact for data privacy matters across the Company, including co-ordination of data subject requests.
• Reviews and tracks compliance posture to data privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR.
• Enforces data governance practices in line with the data security and privacy policies.
• Coordinates with IT in the development of cyber security strategies, liaison with business and legal to obtain support during implementation of new security solutions.
• Provides the required support and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, partners with IT during the resolution of security incidents.
• Reviews overall operations in cyber security and closely works with IT Senior Management to develop detailed recommendations.
• Develops and maintains dashboards to measure and track information security and data privacy KPI and KPG.
• Provides guidance for IT and cybersecurity projects, including risk assessments, recommendation of technical controls impacting information security and data privacy.
• Remains current with industry trends and the latest information security practices and standards to ensure effective use of technologies and controls improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science/IT

Experience

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 with relevant degree

Certificate / License required

• Industry Certifications such as IAPP CIPM, CISSP, CRISC, CISM.
• Cloud Security professional certifications such as AWS, Azure are desirable.
• Experience in Data Protection Law & Practices is must.

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
