MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To support and guide the rollout and delivery of all IT projects and enhancements for Airport Services to ensure the airport end users are provided with the most efficient and comprehensive business intelligence tools, airport systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborates with product owners and business users in Airport Services to define and create business intelligence tools and reports that yield meaningful and actionable insights.
• Supports the management by deploying business intelligence tools to develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into airport performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Leverages frameworks that capture relevant data models and business logic whilst ensuring a systematic approach to deliver projects of high value in a timely manner.
• Researches, implements, and applies appropriate ML algorithms and tools to transform data science prototypes.
• Identifies performance, causal analysis, data gaps, and provides recommendations by partnering with relevant business units.
• Conducts in-depth analysis by deploying relevant statistical methods to provide actionable insights based on business hypothesis.
• Documents proposed or modified data interfaces, including fit for data models, data flow timing, source to target mapping uniqueness criteria and data transformation rules including data validations and controls.
• Works together with internal/external stakeholders to identify areas which need to be validated and ensure data exposed to business stakeholders satisfies their analytical needs.
• Identifies multiple sources of data that can be utilized in the creation/enhancement of Airport Business Intelligence.
• Leads discovery sessions with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance commercial and operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or Equivalent)
• Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computational mathematics, computer engineering, or software engineering.
• Master Degree in machine learning, Data Science (preferred)

Experience Specific Requirements

• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 7

Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

• Experience in using analytics tools and technologies (e.g. SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)
• Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following business domains such as: customer, commercial, operations, finance, Human Resources\xe2\x80\xa6. etc.
• Experience of delivering end to end analysis of a business problem from data extraction, modelling dashboard creation and monitoring over time

ISR Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
