To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for Business Intelligence Specialist. This position is perfect for you if you:

Knowledge areas and responsibilities Interpret business needs to formulate the slice of data set to be explored for reporting purpose Can analyze existing databases and design optimal and efficient logical and physical reporting models Have experience in development and management of business intelligence solutions Can visualize data through reports and dashboards in business intelligence solutions or other tools Work with data team to propose data schema/flow optimization for reporting performance enhancement Collaborate to define data cleansing rules and quality checks within the data models Have knowledge of data integration from multiple sources will be an advantage Show good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and knowledge of CI/CD in general Prefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teams Have good communication skills (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential Own bachelor's degree in computer Science, computer engineering, or a closely related field Have at least 3 years of reporting specialist, data analyst, SQL developer or other relevant experience

Technical skills and qualifications Are proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Cognos, QlikView, Pentaho or any other similar tool Own good knowledge of data modelling and different data schema models Have good knowledge in querying and any manipulation language, like SQL, R, Python (Pandas) or DAX Understand database operations and optimization for SQL databases Know data and query optimization, profiling, and performance monitoring tools and techniques Understand concepts of data lakes, data warehouses, data integration, and data consumption Are familiar with big data technology stack (f.e. Cloudera, Informatica, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) will be an advantage Are acquainted with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB will be an advantage
