Design, build and deploy BI solutions that helps to visualize data and information for various stakeholders through the creation of reports and queries using Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s technology stack. Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI) Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes) Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. Extract complex data from multiple sources into usable and meaningful reports and analyses. Translate business needs to technical specifications by communicating effectively about results and issues with both internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems. Job Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business administration. 3+ years\' experience as a BI developer, Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst roles preferably in Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s technology stack (Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Power BI) Industry experience is preferred \xe2\x80\x93 Pharmaceuticals or FMCG Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling), data mining, data analysis expressions (DAX) & security rules. In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) Strong knowledge of SQL queries, store procedures and data modelling Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
