Roles & Responsibilities

Developing and continuous monitoring of performance marketing campaigns for Metasearch platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor, Google Hotel Ads, etc.) and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Regular communication with hotels to discuss their campaign performance and optimization opportunities.

Joint elaboration of strategic client goals with regards to the customer lifetime cycle.

Discovering cross- and upsell opportunities of your hotel portfolio.

Onboarding of new individual hotels and hotel chains as customers.

Continuous strategic and managerial development of own hotel portfolio.

Building long-lasting relationships with your clients.

Co-ordination with internal stakeholders to maximize customer success.

Management of internal projects within the company, depending on the Account Manager\'s interests and strengths.
