Position: As a special Process Expert, you will coordinate the industrial control of the Special Processes (SP) during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, warranty and maintenance and Support technology and activity transfers : You are able to adapt the work to the human being : Structure the ergonomic approach of the site Participate to design phases for critical assemblies on which simulations tools are required to check relevancy of industrial orientations vs REX Monitor site performance vs Ergo indicators and dashboard Ensure the application of the ergo ALSTOM standards in industrial activities by integrating the APSYS requirements Represent site interest in ergonomics at region level.

Selection Criteria: Engineering degree 2 to 5 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in industrial method Fluent in English Autonomous, rigorous, good communication Good teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees) Innovative, participative in business workgroups
