We are seeking an

SAP End-to-End Process Expert

to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive automation, ensure seamless process integration, and champion data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for digitalization within existing business processes. Evaluate and integrate new SAP functionalities (SAP Fiori, S/4HANA innovations, intelligent business processes). Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy. Ensure high-quality, real-time data flows across the organization. Oversee integration between SAP and legacy systems to maintain data consistency. Lead change management to overcome resistance to new processes. Balance customization with standardization to optimize flexibility and maintainability. Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date data for process efficiency. Coordinate across departments to unify processes and align stakeholders.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in SAP business process management and integration. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and emerging digital process tools. Proven track record in driving automation and process transformation. Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
