We are hiring a Spare Parts Supervisor to oversee daily spare parts operations for BAIC. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control and smooth coordination with workshop and service teams.
Responsibilities:
Ensure required parts are always available for workshop, service and retail customer
Manage daily parts counter operations and support technicians and service advisors
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with suppliers
Handle parts receiving, binning, returns and warranty related procedures
Verify shipments, maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock audits
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management
Maintain clean, safe and well organised parts storage areas
Build strong working relationships with BAIC distributor, suppliers and internal teams
Supervise and guide the parts team to deliver excellent service
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts operations in the UAE
Experience with Chinese vehicle brands will be an advantage
Knowledge of EPC systems, inventory tools and parts catalogues
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead a team and manage a fast paced environment
English is required. Arabic will be an advantage
