Responsibilities:
Supervise daily spare parts operations and team performance
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock level accuracy
Source and purchase spare parts from local and international suppliers
Ensure timely availability of parts for service and repair jobs
Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
Verify invoices, delivery notes, and manage parts documentation
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for accurate part requirements
Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving stock items
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in
automotive spare parts management or supervision
Strong knowledge of German and multi-brand vehicle parts
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficient in inventory and parts management software
Organized and detail-oriented professional attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
