ISS International S.p.A. is looking for

Spare Parts Management Specialists

for a job in Abu Dhabi.

Main responsibilities

:

Uploads received SPIR list in AIN and obtains approval from cataloguing team and end users*
Review Recommended Spare Parts lists (RSPL) and recommend spare parts for all new projects.*
Review all Master Data Governance (MDG) request (Material creation, change, deletion and obsolete) through SAP to ensure optimum inventory and quality.*
Review existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimum quantity in warehouse and minimize financial exposure.*
Review vendor drawings and manuals and ensure 2 years and life cycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL*
Interface between PMT, Maintenance department and other departments to ensure resolution of materials requirements during Project Phase.*
Liaise effectively with relevant stake holders as required.*
Support material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and responsibilities supporting the division objectives.*
Review obsolescence of spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operation risks.*
Assist management in complex analysis and task reviews.*
Recommend Mandatory and Operation Spares for maintainable facilities based on lates frequencies assigned*

Requirements

:

Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduate in any discipline*
At least 8 Years of experience in in Spare Parts Management in the Oil & Gas Industry*
