1. Based out of Regional HQ in Dubai provide Spare Parts support to both internal customers and Export Customers in Middle East, Near East Region and Service branches 2. Spot the Service Opportunities in Service from GCC and NE customers and convert them to orders and revenue through support from Technical Service Team
To achieve the above perform the following
Understand and manage customer expectations on Spare parts requirements keeping in mind Promptness Reliability and Kindness which is the fundamental
Convert every lead given by Technical-support team into opportunities from Distributors for Service and Parts
Order management and delivery in promptly and reliably keeping in mind Customer satisfaction
Process customer and affiliates Spare Parts and Service orders in SAP & DSM on time and improve customer satisfaction
GCC & NE Distributor management - After Sales- Participate in review meetings and take note of any challenges on Parts support to take necessary actions.
Achieve monthly and yearly service & spare parts billing and profit margin target
Achieve Customer Satisfaction by responding to customers as per KPI guidelines
Prepare Monthly Reports on Service & Spare Parts Performance adhering to deadlines
Analyzing the service & parts billing and invoice submission each month on all aspects and follow up with customers for payment
Act as a custodian of customer satisfaction for GCC, NE customers
Report on open orders, order booking for customers and affiliates with evaluation.
Close coordination with 3PL warehouse, factory warehouse and customers forwarders for shipment collection
Manage shortage and damage claims from customers and affiliates
Invoice Submission - prepare and submit LC / CAD/ SBLC etc. docs to finance for payment collection

Knowledge of Spare Parts Business in HVAC industry
Distribution Network Management
Great negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of logistics requirement of UAE, Jebel Ali FZE, GCC & NE region
Excellent networking and time management skills
Minimum 5 Years of experience
Ability to make reports and conduct Presentations
Education:
Bachelor of Science / Engineering Graduate Degree
Skills:
Proficiency in English (both verbal & written). Knowledge of French would be added advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to plan and lead meetings.
Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office applications
