Job Description
As a Spa Therapist at Paus Club, you'll be integral to our mission of providing transformative wellness experiences. You'll work in our thoughtfully designed space, offering treatments that go beyond traditional spa services to create meaningful moments of self-care and healing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of specialized spa treatments.
- Guide and mentor therapists, sharing knowledge and maintaining high service standards
- Customize treatments to meet individual client needs while maintaining our holistic approach
- Contribute to the enhancing the treatment protocols and wellness programs
- Maintain detailed treatment records and provide professional aftercare advice
- Create a warm, welcoming environment that aligns with our community-focused philosophy
- Assist in facilitating wellness workshops and community events
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury spa environments in UAE
- Advanced certifications in multiple treatment modalities
- Proven expertise in recovery based treatments
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of holistic wellness practices
