Job Description
As a Spa Therapist at Paus;, you'll be integral to our mission of providing transformative wellness experiences. You'll work in our thoughtfully designed space, offering treatments that go beyond traditional spa services to create meaningful moments of self-care and healing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of specialized spa treatments including lymphatic drainage, face yoga, and facial treatments
- Guide and mentor junior therapists, sharing knowledge and maintaining high service standards
- Customize treatments to meet individual client needs while maintaining our holistic approach
- Contribute to the enhancing the treatment protocols and wellness programs
- Maintain detailed treatment records and provide professional aftercare advice
- Create a warm, welcoming environment that aligns with our community-focused philosophy
- Assist in facilitating wellness workshops and community events
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury spa environments in UAE
- Advanced certifications in multiple treatment modalities
- Proven expertise in recovery based treatments
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of holistic wellness practices
