The award-winning European Rimal spa, features 12 treatment rooms, including single treatment suites, one double female suite and two traditional Turkish hammam suites with their own steam rooms and heated wet tables. Rimal Spa is the only spa that offers non-surgical CACI Synergy machines in the Kingdom. All treatment rooms are designed to the highest standards and have private showers.

Spa Therapist

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist to perform massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guest's needs and preferences. The responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs. You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.

What you will be doing:

Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies. Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest. Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required. You'll ensure all Spa standards are followed You'll promote and sell customized Spa programs to guests. You'll be familiar with all areas of the Spa operation, including product knowledge and retail sales. You'll provide massage, body treatments services to guests using props and/or products. You'll assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning service. You'll keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. You'll escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist. Fast learner on new machines Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills Certificate in massage
